Our fifth Learning for Life Day of the academic year took place last week and is incorporated into the school year to embed SMSC (Social, Moral, Spiritual and Cultural) into the curriculum, along with Relationships and Sex Education and Citizenship studies.
Once again the day was a huge success and thanks should be given to everyone who worked hard to plan and deliver sessions. Special thanks should be give to guest speakers Tom Fitzsimons, who spoke to our KS4 students about his experiences with alcohol abuse and Adam Bushnell who delivered an inspirational storytelling workshop.
The next L4L day will be on Wednesday 27th June.
