Objectives in spending the Pupil Premium Grant 2015/16:

  • Narrow the attainment gaps at GCSE
  • Narrow the progress gaps at GCSE
  • Narrow the gap between the attendance of disadvantaged (PP) and NON disadvantaged students (NPP).
  • Improving overall Behaviour for Learning including PP students. 
  • Improving the quality of Teaching and Learning that impacts significantly on underperforming students including PP. 
  • Meeting individual learner needs to narrow gaps. 
  • Deploying staff effectively to narrow gaps
